Shipping Policy.
We don't have a warehouse full of pre-made junk and a fleet of drones. Every order is printed specifically for you. This means your stuff takes a little longer to reach you. If you’re in a life-or-death rush for a shirt, you should probably re-evaluate your priorities.
1. Fulfillment vs. Shipping
There are two steps to getting your gear:
- Fulfillment (2–5 Business Days): This is the time it takes to actually print your shirt. Our partners at Printify handle this part of the process.
- Shipping (3–7 Business Days): This is the time the gear spends in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), traveling to your front door.
Total Estimate: Most customers receive their order in 7–12 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days and you haven’t seen a tracking update, contact us and let us know.
2. Tracking Your Disappointment
Once your order ships, you’ll get an automated email with a tracking number. If the tracking says “Label Created” for three days, don’t panic. It just means the carrier hasn’t scanned it into their hub yet. Go outside and touch some grass; it’s coming.
3. US Only Shipping
SmugTees only sells and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you try to bypass this with a freight forwarder, that’s on you.
4. Wrong Addresses & Lost Packages
If you give us the wrong address and the package gets returned to the facility, you will pay for the reshipping. If the tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, talk to your neighbors or your mailman. While we will do our best to help out, once the carrier marks it as delivered, our legal responsibility to you as the customer is technically completed.
5. Partial Shipments
If you order multiple shirts, depending on current inventory at the time of your order, they might arrive in separate boxes on different days. This is because they are often rerouted to alternate printing facilities. Don’t email us complaining that half your order is missing until you’ve checked all your tracking numbers.
