    How to Keep Your New Favorite Shirt Looking Dope:

    • Wash in COLD water only.
    • Turn the shirt inside out to protect the graphic.
    • Use a gentle detergent.
    • The first wash may bleed, so keep away from your other stupid clothes.
    • Hang dry the shirt like a baller… or tumble dry on low/delicate setting if you’re just too lazy to do it right.

    Additional Reality Checks:

    • Skip the bleach and harsh detergents. Don’t be that person.
    • No fabric softeners. Trust us, it’s already soft enough.
    • Never iron directly on the graphic. If you absolutely have to iron the shirt, turn it inside out or place a towel over the graphic so you don’t melt the artwork.
  • Shipping Policy

    1. Fulfillment vs. Shipping
    There are two steps to getting your gear:

    • Fulfillment (2–5 Business Days): This is the time it takes to actually print your shirt. Our partners at Printify handle this part of the process.
    • Shipping (3–7 Business Days): This is the time the gear spends in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), traveling to your front door.

    Total Estimate: Most customers receive their order in 7–12 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days and you haven’t seen a tracking update, please contact us.

    2. Tracking Your Items
    Once your order ships, you’ll get an automated email with a tracking number. If the tracking says “Label Created” for three days, don’t panic. It just means the carrier hasn’t scanned it into their hub yet.

    3. US Only Shipping
    Smug Tees only sells and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you try to bypass this with a freight forwarder, that’s on you.

    4. Wrong Addresses & Lost Packages
    If you give us the wrong address and the package gets returned to the facility, you will pay for the reshipping. If the tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, talk to your neighbors or your mailman. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, our legal job is done.

  • Return Policy

    1. The “No Regrets” Clause
    We do not carry inventory. Every item is printed specifically for you the moment you order it. Because of this custom “on-demand” nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size mistakes.

    • Ordered the wrong size because you’re lying to yourself about your ‘dad bod’? That’s on you.
    • Changed your mind because you realized your friends and family might actually see you with it? Not our problem.
    • Decided you don’t like the color once it arrived? Manage your expectations.

    2. When We (Actually) Screw Up
    Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. If you wash your white shirt with red socks or rip your shirt two weeks later, that’s your problem. We cover:

    • Manufacturing Defects: Holes in garments, stray threads, etc.
    • Printing Errors: Crooked designs, wrong images, or poor print quality.
    • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

    3. Shipping Mistakes & Unclaimed Gear
    We aren’t the post office. Pay attention to your shipping details:

    • Wrong Address: If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment goes back to the facility. You are liable for all reshipment costs.
    • Unclaimed: If you don’t pick up your package, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
    • The “Charity” Rule: Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. No refunds.

    4. The Process
    If you have a legitimate manufacturing claim:

    1. Don’t send it back yet. You must contact us first. Unannounced returns are donated to charity.
    2. Take a photo immediately. We need proof of the defect as it arrived.
    3. Contact us. Fill out our return form and be sure to attach the photo and include your order number. You must submit this info within 7 days of your order being delivered.
    4. Resolution. If it’s a real error, we’ll ship a replacement ASAP at no cost to you.

    5. Financials & Refunds

    • Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and go back to your original payment method.
    • Expect 5–10 business days for the bank to realize you got your money back.

HEADS UP

Monitors lie. We aim for accuracy, but the shirt that arrives might differ in color from the pixels on your monitor. We don't know what else to tell you... just deal with it.
